Payment methods
In our online store, you have the option to choose from several secure payment methods. The payment recipient for the subscription payment will appear on your bank statement or card invoice as the payment service provider through which you paid. The payment service provider forwards the payment to the seller.
In cases of complaints related to payments, we ask that you primarily contact your chosen payment service provider.
