Years of experience in the HVAC and commercial sectors gave us the foundation to build Balneo just for you. It all started in March 2024, when we sat down and thought about how we could combine our expertise and passion into something meaningful. Before we opened our online store , it was important for us to meet each manufacturer in person. We wanted to see the products, talk to the manufacturers and make sure that we shared the same idea of ​​quality, durability and customer focus. We went through different options, listened to professionals and together with the manufacturers we chose exactly the products that fit the Balneo range. So every product in our online store has been carefully selected – not only based on its features, but also on how well it meets our customers’ needs and lasts over time.

Ella is responsible for customer service and online store operations together with her team, so when you contact us, you may get an answer directly from Ella. Markus is often on site with the installation team, so you may run into him during the implementation of your project.
